Photo Shoot For Nutri Juice

A while back I photographed for Nutri Juice, which is a smoothie and juice parlour that makes smoothies on order with all natural ingredients and no sugar or additives! I didn't really think I was into smoothies until I worked for them. May be it was because I was adding way too many things in name of nutrient into my jar and/or adding the wrong ingredients. What I learned was, keeping it simple was the way to go for a smoothie.

Be mindful of the fact that not all vegetables taste good with fruits. And similar coloured ingredients are more likely to taste good together. Also this post from Sneh really helped me get into my smoothie. Hope you enjoy some of the shots from the day until I come back with a recipe post next week.

I had some weird veggie and fruit combination mixed myself, great idea to use similar colors.

  5. Beautiful colors and pictures. I have a silly question, how to break the coconut so evenly? I usually smash it on the hard floor but it ends up breaking unevenly. :(

    1. Not silly at all! Glad you asked. So, you take a heavy knife and choose a central spot on the coconut and lightly bang it rotating the coconut making sure you are striking on an even axis. Within two or three rounds the coconut will split into halves! Sounds complicated but really easy.
